Global Head – Executive Sales & Leadership Hiring


Role Overview

The Global Head of Executive Sales & Leadership Hiring leads worldwide recruitment for senior Sales, Client Partner, Delivery, and P&L leadership roles across Coforge. This role builds a best‑in‑class executive hiring function, strengthens global leadership pipelines, and ensures the company attracts high‑impact leaders across verticals including BFS, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Hi‑Tech, and TTH.


Key Responsibilities

Executive Hiring Strategy

  • Define and execute global talent strategy for CXO, SVP, VP, and Director-level hiring.
  • Align leadership hiring with revenue growth, GTM strategy, and business expansion.

Sales & Client Partner Leadership Hiring

  • Lead senior hiring across North America, Europe, APAC for Sales, Client Partners, P&L leaders.
  • Build pipelines of leaders with strong hunting, farming, customer relationships, and IT services expertise.

Executive Search & Talent Intelligence

  • Build and operate an internal Executive Search capability; manage external partners.
  • Drive proactive talent mapping, competitor intelligence, and market insights.

Leadership Assessment & Selection Governance

  • Define frameworks for assessing executive talent (sales competencies, leadership behaviors, P&L capability).
  • Implement structured interview, scorecard, and selection processes for global leadership roles.

Global Diversity & Leadership Pipelines

  • Develop diverse executive pipelines and partner with CEO/CHRO to elevate global DEI.

Stakeholder & Executive Advisory

  • Act as trusted advisor to CEO, CHRO, and ELT.
  • Deliver dashboards, talent analytics, and board‑level reporting.

Process & Operational Excellence

  • Standardize global executive hiring processes, SLAs, and candidate experience.
  • Strengthen employer branding for senior leadership talent.


Experience & Qualifications

  • 15–20+ years in Talent Acquisition with deep experience in global executive hiring.
  • Strong background hiring Sales, Client Partners, Delivery Heads, Practice/Technology leaders in IT Services.
  • Proven experience working with C-suite, managing global geographies, and leading executive search.
  • Strong understanding of IT services business models, sales motions, P&L structures.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, assessment, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
