The position is a technology project manager within Citi Private Bank Client Onboarding Group. This role will participate in the in the full project lifecycle of critical regulatory and compliance initiatives, collaborating with project stakeholders to build high quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of all aspects of the project lifecycle, but whose focus will be on business analysis, requirements gathering and defining optimal solutions.

Qualifications:
-
12+ years of Total experience as Delivery lead, Project/Program Manager
-
Strong Client Onboarding domain knowledge with knowhow of Regulations impacting The Private Bank
-
Understanding of Modelling techniques, methods and systems engineering concepts
-
Experience in typical private banking products such as Loans, Deposits, Mortgages, Fund Transfers, Client Reporting, Tax, Capital Markets, trust will be an added value

Familiarity with Project Management (Requirement management, Risk Management, Resource Management, Project Integration Management etc.)

Exposure to various SDLC methodologies
-
Strong in Project management tools – MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

Strong communication skills, ability to explain business requirements in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders (supplier, partners, management etc.) in various forum

Self-motivated and a team player that works well with individuals and thrives in a complex, global organization

Ability to build relationships and negotiate solutions while liaising between business, operations, technology

Ability to work in challenging, demanding and strict regulatory timelines

Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
