Vice President - Technology

1. 15+ years of experience in technology, with at least 7+ years leading large application engineering teams.

2. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle including agile delivery and technical product ownership practices.

3. Knowledge of the asset management business sector

4. Proven experience managing large, matrixed, distributed teams (preferably 200+ people).

5. Experience driving organizational AI transformation, including upskilling teams, embedding AI in SDLC processes, and establishing responsible AI practices.

6. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

7. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Pay: ₹8,500,000.00 - ₹10,000,000.00 per year
