We’re looking for an energetic, creative Video and editor to help bring our business presence to life. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, with a strong focus on video content, editing, and execution.

You’ll be on job sites capturing real construction work and behind-the-scenes moments, then turning that content into engaging videos across our marketing platforms. If you love filming, editing, creating, and moving with urgency this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work directly under the owners to execute marketing
• Capture video and photo content on job sites
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and marketing use
• Help execute content for Instagram, Facebook, website, ads, and other platforms
• Assist with keeping content organized and on schedule
• Bring creative ideas to the table for video trends, transitions, and storytelling
• Help maintain consistent branding across all content
• Move quickly and efficiently to keep up with active projects
• Help Convert Leads
• Being an extra hand when needed

What We’re Looking For

• High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Loves filming and editing (this is a must)
• Creative, detail-oriented, and organized
• Comfortable working in active construction environments
• Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
• Open-minded and eager to learn
• Experience with video editing apps/software (CapCut, Canva )
• Construction experience not required curiosity and creativity matter more

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
