Associate Video Producer (Campus Role)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate Video Producer to drive all on-campus video content creation. You’ll manage the complete process — from ideation and coordination with cinematographers to handling footage, basic editing, and syncing final content with central teams. This role blends production management, creativity, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support campus video shoots with the brand and production teams.
• Collaborate with students, faculty, and cinematographers to execute shoots smoothly.
• Manage footage, organize folders, and ensure timely content delivery to central teams.
• Perform basic video editing for short-form and social media content.
• Lead and anchor videos when needed; contribute to student-driven content campaigns (vlogs, tech demos, etc.).
• Maintain consistent, high-quality content output aligned with brand standards.
  
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in video/media production or related fields.
• Experience managing shoots and working with video teams.
• Basic editing skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Comfortable working on-camera and coordinating small teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content.
