We’re looking for a creative, performance-driven Video Content Creator to produce high-converting short-form video ads for platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube. This role combines storytelling, content creation, editing, and direct-response marketing to create engaging ad creatives that drive clicks, conversions, and brand growth.
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience creating social media ad creatives
- Strong understanding of:
- Meta Ads
- TikTok Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Skilled in short-form storytelling and attention-grabbing hooks
- Proficiency with video editing software:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- CapCut
- Final Cut Pro
- or similar tools
- Experience shooting content with smartphones and/or professional cameras
- Understanding of direct-response marketing principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content
- Knowledge of paid social creative testing frameworks
- Motion graphics and animation experience
- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, After Effects)
- Familiarity with eCommerce or lead generation brands
- Understanding of TikTok and Meta creative trends
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
