Video Content Creator/Producer (Social Media)

Job Summary
Seeking dynamic, creative and collaborative individual who can capture video footage and edit for use across social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Skool, etc.).

Content will be intended to drive lead generation and ultimately sales of business services, products, books, merchandise, etc.

This is a part-time, flexible role and successful candidates will be expected to:

- Help set-up and manage social media accounts covering food, travel, career development & consulting services

- Capture video footage and edit it for length and based on platform utilizing the content

- Brainstorm and develop content topics, calendars, posting cadence, follower/engagement strategies to drive growth and potential monetization of channels

- Support non-video content creation (e.g., text, imagery, etc.)

Qualifications

• Proven experience in video capture & post-production editing with a strong portfolio showcasing engaging social media content.
• Proficiency across social media platforms, tools/apps to support creative content as well as track and measure content performance
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret creative briefs clearly and effectively articulate ideas.
• Strong writing skills for scripting, captions, and storytelling elements within videos.
