Role Overview

Who We're Looking For (aka: The Visual Vibe Curator )

Are you the kind of person who reads a script and instantly sees it play out like a movie in your head? Scene by scene. Transition by transition. Background beats and all?

If Canva is your playground and your timeline is always in flow mode, we’re looking for you.

We need a Video Content Developer who’s got that main-character energy when it comes to creating educational videos. You'll be handed fully written scripts by our content team—your job? Turn them into scroll-stopping, binge-worthy learning content using Canva’s animation and video tools.

You should be able to:

● Read a script and vibe with it

● Visualize it like a director

● Design it like a motion artist

● Voice it using 11Labs like a boss

● And bring it all together into clean, creative, and cohesive videos We’re talking Canva wizardry, smooth transitions, smart text reveals, animated icons, sound cues—and if you’re into AI tools like Midjourney, Pictory, or Runway ML, that’s a major flex. If you’re obsessed with content that not only looks good but teaches better—you'll feel right at home here.

Must-Have Skills

● 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Canva Video (Expert Level) – including animations, transitions, and audio syncing

● Ability to read and fully understand scripts, then convert them into compelling visual narratives

● Experience creating educational or training videos (EdTech/e-learning preferred)

● Strong sense of visual storytelling and motion graphics

● Hands-on with AI tools like: ( Good to have)

11Labs (for voice generation and voice cloning)

Midjourney (for AI-generated visuals)

Runway ML, Pictory, Synthesia, or similar

Nice to Have

● Experience with dubbing or editing voiceovers

● Familiarity with LMS or YouTube-style content requirements

● Background in media studies, design, or instructional design

● Ability to repurpose videos for multiple formats (reels, shorts, platform-specific)
