About the Role

We are seeking a Video Content Manager based out of Hughes Dental Group of Leo who will help capture, organize, and publish video and photo content across our Indiana practices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, social media, and being on location rather than sitting behind a desk all day.

You will work closely with leadership and marketing to capture real behind-the-scenes content, team culture moments, patient experience stories, and educational content. Basic editing is required, while advanced editing is handled by our editing team.

This is a salary role with growth potential as the company's marketing efforts continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities:

Film high quality video content using a smartphone or camera
Capture professional photos for social media and marketing use
Perform basic video edits and organize footage for the editing team
Write captions and assist with posting content across platforms
Collaborate with marketing on content ideas and campaigns
Manage and organize video files and project workflow
Track basic engagement metrics and content performance
Engage with comments and audience interaction when needed
Assist with live filming setups
Travel to Indiana practices on a consistent schedule
Coordinate filming days with practice managers

Requirements:

Strong interest in social media and video creation
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong organization and follow through
Ability to manage multiple projects
Comfortable traveling between locations
Basic editing knowledge preferred but not required
Experience with Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut or similar is a plus
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation required

Work Environment:

This role is primarily based in Leo, Indiana but requires regular travel to Indiana practices. Mileage is reimbursed outside a 45 mile radius from Hughes Dental Group of Leo.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
