Video Editing Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Create, update, and develop all graphic assets for video content, and liaise with the design teams on specific graphic and design needs.

· Providing creative briefs to colleagues and working closely with a small unit to brainstorm new, unique, and innovative ways to tell a story.

· Responsible for all shoot research, set up and execution.

· Editing, quality controlling, and mastering material for external distribution.

· The candidate requires sound, video pre-production, production, and post- production skills, photography, and both studio and location shooting

· Ensure videos are optimized for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with correct formats, aspect ratios, and compression standards.

· Manage color grading and audio balancing to maintain professional quality across all outputs.

· Organize, back up, and maintain a structured file management system for all video assets, ensuring easy retrieval and version control of projects.

· Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align video output with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

· Provide technical support during live events or webinars, including video streaming setup and troubleshooting.

· Keep up to date and understand the latest developments in shoppable and interactive video across platforms and devices.

· Design and deliver all the video content on time.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
