Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality videos and photos that align with our brand’s vision and marketing strategies. This role requires a strong sense of storytelling, visual aesthetics, and technical expertise to create compelling content for digital platforms, advertising campaigns, and corporate events.

Key ResponsibilitiesPhotography

• Capture professional photos for products, events, corporate profiles, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure proper lighting, framing, and styling for high-quality images.
• Edit and retouch photographs to meet brand and marketing requirements.
• Maintain an organized library of photos for easy access and future use.

Videography & Editing

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for marketing campaigns, social media, corporate communications, and events.
• Add motion graphics, sound effects, subtitles, and transitions to enhance storytelling.
• Ensure consistency in style, tone, and brand guidelines across all video content.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to produce concept-based storytelling videos.

Creative Collaboration

• Brainstorm and propose innovative ideas for video/photo campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to deliver impactful media assets.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in photography, videography, and editing tools.

Technical & Equipment Management

• Operate and maintain cameras, drones, lighting, audio, and related production equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is properly set up and functioning for shoots.
• Manage file storage, backups, and media archiving.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor & Photographer (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of composition, color grading, and storytelling techniques.
• Experience in shooting with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, drones, and studio lighting setups.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of 2D/3D motion graphics or animation is a plus.
• Experience with live streaming, reels, and short-form video content.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media content requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
