Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality gameplay trailers, user acquisition videos, and social media content for 2D mobile games
- Lead the editing process from raw footage to final delivery, including storytelling, pacing, and polish
- Integrate motion graphics, VFX, music, and sound design to enhance video impact
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and game teams to develop creative concepts
- Capture and curate gameplay footage to highlight features, mechanics, and user experience
- Optimize video content for performance across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
- Manage multiple video projects with fast turnaround times while maintaining quality
- Contribute to A/B testing and creative iteration to improve video ad performance
- Maintain and improve a library of reusable assets, templates, and best practices
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in video editing, preferably in the gaming or mobile app industry
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video/audio editing tools
- Solid understanding of mobile game marketing and user acquisition creatives
- Experience creating videos for social media and ad networks (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, timing, and rhythm
- Familiarity with motion graphics, typography, and 2D animation
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio/showreel showcasing polished, platform-optimized video content (preferably for mobile games)
