Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our content and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging videos that enhance our brand’s digital presence and support our academic and promotional content needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into compelling video content for YouTube, Instagram, ads, webinars, and internal use
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and academic teams to conceptualize and execute video projects
• Add graphics, animations, subtitles, and transitions to enhance video quality and viewer engagement
• Ensure brand consistency in every video
• Maintain organized file structures and manage media assets
• Optimize videos for various platforms and formats

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
• Basic understanding of audio editing and color correction
• Strong sense of timing, visual awareness, and storytelling
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of YouTube and social media video standards is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in media, communication, or a related field is preferred

Nice to Have:

• Experience in educational video editing
• Motion graphics or animation skills
• Knowledge of SEO for video platforms
