Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern video editing tools and a strong ability to create cinematic visuals, dynamic typography, and high-end picture edits. You will be responsible for producing engaging, polished video content for a variety of digital platforms including web, social media, advertising, and branded storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit video footage into high-quality, engaging content with cinematic storytelling techniques.
• Create and animate typography-based visuals, lower-thirds, intros, and motion graphics.
• Apply advanced color grading, sound design, transitions, and visual effects to enhance the video’s quality.
• Work with raw footage to produce promotional videos, product showcases, corporate films, social media content, and more.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals, mood boards, and timelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent quality.
• Enhance footage with retouching, visual corrections, and picture refinement to meet professional standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and creative techniques in video production and editing.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3–6 years of proven experience as a professional Video Editor.
• Expertise in industry-standard editing software, including:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Final Cut Pro X
• DaVinci Resolve
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom (for picture editing and visual enhancements)
• Adobe Illustrator (for custom graphic and typography work)
• Strong knowledge of cinematic editing techniques, camera formats, codecs, and frame rates.
• Experience in motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animation is a major plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and sound synchronization.
• Knowledge of video formats, exporting standards, and optimization for social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Film Production, Media Arts, or a related field (not mandatory if experience is strong).
• Experience working in agency or studio environments is a plus.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
