Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage into engaging and professional content for property listings, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Create visually appealing property walkthroughs, drone footage edits, lifestyle videos, and client testimonials.
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, and branding elements to videos.
• Enhance video quality through color correction, transitions, and sound editing.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align video content with business objectives.
• Stay updated on video trends in real estate marketing and digital platforms.
• Manage video libraries and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of proven experience as a Video Editor (experience in real estate or architecture-related content is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communication, or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong storytelling ability to highlight property features effectively.
• Basic knowledge of real estate marketing trends and digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Experience with drone footage editing (preferred).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
