Video Editor

We are seeking a Senior Video Editor with a passion for storytelling and a strong flair for creating high-impact content for digital platforms. This role combines advanced editing, motion graphics, and hands-on shooting to produce videos that grab attention, go viral, and build brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging videos, including short-form content and viral reels optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Design and integrate dynamic motion graphics, animated text, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and brand identity.
• On-Set Shooting: Handle basic shooting of videos, including setting up lighting, operating cameras, and capturing high-quality audio when required.
• Trend-Driven Content Creation: Keep a finger on the pulse of social media trends to create content that resonates with audiences and encourages sharing.
• Post-Production Management: Oversee color grading, sound design, and final delivery in multiple formats and aspect ratios.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Lead junior editors, provide feedback, and collaborate with producers, designers, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in professional video editing with demonstrated expertise in motion graphics and social-media-first content.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience with camera equipment (DSLRs/mirrorless) and basic on-set shooting techniques.
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and formats for short-form and viral video content.
• Knowledge of video codecs, formats, and best practices for social media publishing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
