Video Editor

Responsibilities:

• Translating ideas into complete projects.
• Assemble & edit raw video footage using industry-standard software for a polished final film.
• Ensure the correct formatting & presentation for finalised videos according to the required specifications.
• Ensure all editing cuts, splices, changes & additions appear seamless & natural & help the story flow more effectively in the finished product.
• Evaluate edited footage to footage to ensure it meets the narrative agenda of the producer & director of the project.
• Able to manage multiple projects while also meeting project deadlines.
• Utilize graphic design & motion graphic skills to enhance video content when necessary.
• Experimenting with styles, & techniques including the design of graphic element.
