Job description:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialize in editing engaging content for YouTube, property listings, and social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Your content will help elevate our brand and drive client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality real estate videos including property walkthroughs, agent intros, and client testimonials
• Create and manage YouTube-friendly videos (thumbnails, intros, CTAs, optimized formats)
• Edit short-form content for Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and stories
• Add subtitles, branding elements, transitions, music, and text overlays
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to create targeted video content
• Manage and organize raw footage and video archives
• Optimize videos for YouTube algorithms (titles, tags, engagement pacing)

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience in YouTube and social media video editing
• Strong command of editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Portfolio or showreel showcasing YouTube and real estate edits
• Knowledge of YouTube best practices (titles, thumbnails, length, retention tips)
• Creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and branding
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in real estate or lifestyle content is a plus
