We’re Hiring: Full-Time Video Editor & Content Creator for The Human Thread

Do you live and breathe storytelling through visuals?
Can you take raw conversations and turn them into reels that make people feel something?

We looking for a full-time video editor (retainer-based) who can help bring The Human Thread’s stories to life through thoughtful, emotionally engaging edits.

What you’ll do:

• Edit full-length podcast & interview episodes
• Create engaging short-form reels for Instagram & YouTube
• Design thumbnails, titles & hooks that match the tone of our brand
• Repurpose content across social platforms
• Maintain brand consistency, tone, and pacing
• Collaborate on creative ideas for new formats and campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Video editing: 3 years (Preferred)
• Content creation: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
