Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture, edit, and produce videos for school events, assemblies, annual functions, and promotional campaigns.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos suitable for social media, the school website, and internal presentations.
• Add music, voiceovers, sound effects, transitions, and graphics to videos.
• Collaborate with teachers, event coordinators, and the media team to understand project requirements.
• Maintain an organized video library and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Design short highlight videos and reels for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Ensure high-quality visual standards and consistency in all school media content.
• Stay updated with new video editing trends, tools, and techniques to improve creative output.
• Support photography and basic graphic design tasks when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film Editing, Media Production, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in video editing (school, media, or event-based experience preferred).
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color correction.
• Good understanding of audio editing and visual storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a school environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
