About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented Video Editor to join our creative team at Planning Labs — an experiential marketing agency that works on high-impact campaigns, events, brand films, and digital content. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, creative storytelling skills, and hands-on experience editing a variety of video formats for social media, brand campaigns, and corporate projects.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Create motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Maintain high-quality standards across all video outputs.
• Adapt edits for multiple formats (Reels, YouTube, Ads, Event Highlights, Corporate Films, etc.).
• Manage and organize video assets and project files efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in video editing.
• Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and sound design.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Bonus: Knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, or 3D animation will be an added advantage.
