ITP Media Group is seeking a Video Editor (Pre and Post-Production) to support our luxury brands with premium, platform-native and socially distributed video. This is a group role with editing at its core: you ll take projects from ingest to final delivery, create clean versions for every platform, and uphold world-class finishing standards. While occasional B-cam/field support may arise, the focus is firmly pre and post-production (ideation, storyboarding, offline/online, motion packaging, audio sweetening, versioning, QC and delivery).
  Requirements
 1) End-to-End Post Workflow
  - Own the post pipeline from ingest to archive: media wrangling, syncing, proxy creation, assembly/rough cuts, picture lock, conform/online, and mastering.
- Use proxy workflows for speed, then relink to camera originals for final export to preserve quality and metadata.
2) Editing Craft & Story
  - Build tight narratives for editorial features, cover stories, fashion/beauty, design, interviews, and branded content.
- Suporting commercial teams with storyboards, ideation, examples and quick drafts for sales.
- Execute multi-cam edits, speed-ramping, tasteful transitions, and title/lower-third systems that align with each brand s visual language.
3) Motion Graphics & Packaging
  - Design and maintain modular motion packages (opens, lower thirds, supers, end slates, captions templates), creating MOGRT/AE templates for repeatable use across brands.
- Collaborate with Art/Design to ensure motion matches typography, color, and composition rules of each title.
4) Color Management & Finishing
  - Perform base color balancing and look-matching; prep conforms for advanced grading when required (e.g., Resolve).
- Apply modern color-managed practices (e.g., ACES where appropriate) to ensure consistent cross-platform output and future-proofed masters.
5) Audio Post & Loudness
  - Dialogue cleanup, noise reduction, music editing, VO layback, and basic mix.
- Deliver to recognized loudness practices (integrated LUFS and true-peak), aligning with EBU R128 and ITU-R BS.1770 measurement approaches.
6) Platform Mastering & Versioning
  - Create aspect-ratio and duration variants (16:9 long-form; 9:16/1:1/4:5 social) with platform-specific exports, thumbnails, and captions.
- Follow current delivery guidance for YouTube (codec/frame-rate/bandwidth), Instagram Reels (9:16; min 30fps), and TikTok (9:16 recommended; 1PHONE_NUMBER).
7) Captions, Subtitles & Localization
  - Create and manage captions/subtitles (e.g., SRT) and localized texted versions; ensure accuracy, timing, and brand tone in English/Arabic where needed.
8) Review Cycles, Approvals & Client Service
  - Run structured review cycles (cuts, notes, lock, finish) using collaborative tools for time-coded feedback; present work to internal stakeholders and brand partners.
- Partner with the Head of Video, Creative/Editorial, and Brand Partnerships to deliver premium edits for commercial campaigns while protecting editorial integrity.
9) Media Management, DAM & Delivery
  - Maintain meticulous project structures, naming, and metadata; generate textless masters, clean versions, and layered archives for re-use.
- Deliver final packages per spec (master, mezzanine, social derivatives, artwork, textless, caption files) and archive according to policy.
10) Occasional Field/Studio Support (as needed)
  - Support shoots selectively (e.g., slate/logging, media offload, look tests) to ensure post-friendly acquisition; primary remit remains editing.
