About the Role

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor & Content Creator to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about videography, storytelling, and social-first content creation. You will be responsible for capturing raw footage and turning it into compelling video content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos
• Shoot and capture engaging content: farm visits, product videos, interviews, BTS, etc.
• Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Stories) for social media
• Work closely with the marketing team on scripts, concepts, and storyboards
• Use transitions, effects, sound, and captions to enhance output
• Stay aligned with brand guidelines and evolving content trends

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Basic proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Photoshop)
• Ability to shoot video content with basic knowledge of camera handling & lighting
• Strong creative sense with ability to convert ideas into engaging visuals
• Understanding of social media platform trends and formats
• Attention to detail — color grading, sound, transitions, captions, etc.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in video editing and content creation (portfolio required)
• Degree/Diploma in Media Studies, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of CapCut, Canva, Photoshop (or equivalent tools)
