Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Reels video editor to join our content and marketing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling through short-form video content, have a strong sense of trends on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts, and be able to create high-quality, engaging videos that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts to boost brand reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the creative, social media, and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver content accordingly.
• Stay updated with trending audio, formats, and styles to keep the content fresh and relevant.
• Select the best clips, and add transitions, effects, captions, and music for maximum impact.
• Work on color grading, sound balancing, and motion graphics when required.
• Repurpose long-form content into short, impactful clips.
• Ensure all videos are brand-aligned, optimized for each platform, and delivered within deadlines.
• Maintain an organized video archive for future use.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a video editor (portfolio/reel required).
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and typography is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in film, media, communication, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of professional video editing experience, preferably in short-form/reels content.

• Number of high-quality reels delivered per week/month.
• Engagement rate (likes, shares, comments, views).
• On-time delivery for campaigns.
• Creative innovation and trend adoption.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
