About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Video Editor who can handle the entire video production cycle – from conceptualising and script writing to shooting and final editing. This role is ideal for a creative individual passionate about storytelling and digital media content creation for marketing and branding purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and develop video content ideas.
- Assist in script writing and storyboarding.
- Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up lighting, cameras, and audio equipment.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, product showcases, campaigns, and company profiles.
- Add music, dialogues, graphics, and special effects to enhance content.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Manage video library and maintain proper file organisation.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Film Production, or related field (preferred).
- Fresh to 1 year of experience in video production and editing.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and cinematography.
- Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and storytelling skills.
