Video Editor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Video Editor with a strong understanding of social media formats, marketing psychology, and storytelling. The ideal candidate should be able to produce high-quality Reels, Ad Creatives, UGC videos, and VSLs while maintaining clean, engaging edits. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop scripts, storyboards, and video assets that align with brand goals and performance objectives.

Key Responsibility:

• Edit short-form & long-form content including social media reels, VSLs, UGC videos, ads & more
• Create clean, engaging edits aligned with brand guidelines
• Collaborate on scripts and storyboards
• Add basic motion graphics
• Optimize videos for hooks, pacing & retention
• Manage multiple fast-turnaround projects
• Work effectively in agency environments

Requirements:

• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut
• Strong marketing-focused editing skills
• Experience with social media content
• Creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Comfortable working with US-based clients and meeting their content standards
