Lahore Position: Video Editor

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

The Noor Project by creating impactful, visually compelling videos that highlight the organization’s initiatives, community impact, and storytelling goals. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and proficient with modern editing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished video content for social media, campaigns, and internal use.
• Collaborate with the media, marketing, and program teams to understand project requirements.
• Add motion graphics, color grading, basic animation, and sound design as needed.
• Maintain an organized digital asset library.
• Ensure all video content aligns with The Noor Project’s brand identity and messaging.
• Capture on-site footage during events, activities, and field visits (when required).
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Meet deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio required).
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with color correction, audio editing, and basic motion graphics.
• Creative storytelling ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior NGO or project-based media production experience.
• Experience with photography or camera operation.
• Knowledge of social media content strategy.

Experience: minimum 2 years

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
