Position Overview:
The Studio Incharge + Video Editor will play a pivotal role in managing our studio operations while also being responsible for the creation and editing of video content. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, creative vision, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Studio Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring smooth functioning of equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate studio bookings and scheduling for productions, meetings, and other activities.
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is well-maintained and operational.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Video Editing:
- Edit raw footage into high-quality videos, adhering to project requirements and timelines.
- Incorporate graphics, sound effects, and other elements to enhance video content.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative concepts and visual styles for projects.
- Ensure final edits align with brand guidelines and meet quality standards.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with audio editing software and techniques.
- Knowledge of lighting, camera operation, and other technical aspects of video production.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders throughout the production process.
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise, finding timely and effective solutions.
- Creative Collaboration:
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to brainstorm ideas and develop concepts.
- Offer creative input and contribute to the development of engaging storytelling techniques.
- Adapt to feedback and revisions, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in video editing and studio management, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, depending on project requirements.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in video production and editing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
