Job Overview

As a talented and creative After Effects Specialist to join our team. As After Affect specialist , you will be responsible for assembling recorded raw material into a finished product suitable for broadcasting. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in video editing software.

Job Responsibilities

· Concept and Storyboarding Pipeline Integration

o Design and execute end-to-end motion graphics pipelines, including concept development, storyboarding, asset preparation, compositing, and final delivery.

o Build modular and reusable templates using pre-comps, essential graphics panels, and expression-driven controls to optimize workflow efficiency across recurring content.

· Virtual Production & Green Screen Compositing

o Composite footage shot against green screen with Unreal-generated 3D environments, ensuring accurate camera matching and lighting continuity.

o Perform high-level compositing tasks, including advanced keying (Keylight, Primatte), rotoscoping (Roto Brush 2), and multi-layer scene reconstruction.

o Integrate 3D elements into 2D footage using camera tracking, parallax layers, depth of field simulation, and lighting passes for photorealistic results.

· Camera Tracking and Match-Moving Between Engines

o Use Unreal’s and Unity’s virtual camera tools to record real-time camera movements.

o Transfer camera data into After Effects for precise integration of 2D/3D elements, motion graphics, and VFX overlays.

· Advanced Tracking and Stabilization

o Execute complex motion tracking, planar tracking (Mocha AE), object removal, and stabilization workflows.

o Implement match-moving techniques to integrate VFX elements with live-action footage.

· 3D Asset Pipeline and Optimization

o Import, optimize, and prepare assets (FBX, OBJ, Alembic) for real-time engines, ensuring compatibility with After Effects workflows.

o Use proper UV mapping, texture baking, and LOD optimization for efficient rendering and post-production.

· Color Pipeline and Finishing Workflows

o Apply advanced color correction and grading using Lumetri Color, Curves, and LUT integration.

o Ensure color-managed workflows for broadcast, digital, and social media platforms using appropriate bit depth, color profiles, and export presets.

· Add music, graphics, and special effects.

o Synchronize complex visual animations with sound cues using waveform analysis and time remapping.

o Mix and balance audio layers for coherence with motion graphics and visual storytelling.

Requirements

· Proven work experience as a Video VFX Editor or similar role.

· Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere After Effects, Unreal, Unity, etc

· Strong understanding of adobe suite of products and advance techniques.

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong portfolio of previous design work.

· Bachelor's degree in media sciences, or equivalent experience
