Role Overview

We’re looking for a Video Creator who lives and breathes travel, storytelling, and social media. You will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality video content that captures destinations, experiences, and emotions — and turns them into scroll-stopping stories across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation
• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form travel videos
• Create reels, shorts, and videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, website, and ads
• Capture destination highlights, hotels, experiences, behind-the-scenes, and traveller moments
• Translating itineraries and experiences into compelling visual narratives
• Editing & post-production
• Edit videos with strong pacing, storytelling, transitions, captions, and music
• Adapt content for different formats (Reels, Stories, YouTube, Ads)
• Maintain brand tone, colour grading, and visual consistency
• Strategy & Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align content with campaigns and launches
• Understand travel trends, social media formats, and audience behaviour
• Suggest creative ideas, hooks, and formats that drive engagement and enquiries
• On-Ground & Travel Shoots (if applicable)
• Travel to destinations, hotels, and experiences to capture content
• Coordinate shoots during familiarization trips, client journeys, and partnerships

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Creator / Videographer / Video Editor
• Strong proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve
• Solid understanding of social media video formats and trends
• Eye for storytelling, composition, rhythm, and detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Passion for travel and visual storytelling

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in travel, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle brands
• Basic knowledge of photography and drone videography
• Motion graphics, text animation, or sound design skills
• Understanding performance-driven content (ads, leads, conversions)
