Video Editor

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing videos that align with our brand messaging, product goals, and audience engagement strategy. This includes promotional videos, explainer videos, training content, and social media creative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for product marketing, internal training, and social media use.
• Add effects, transitions, music, voice-overs, subtitles, and animations as needed. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand the visual direction and messaging.
• Repurpose content into short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all video projects.
• Organize and archive video assets and ensure proper file management.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, formats, and tools.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong storytelling sense and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with different video formats, codecs, and social media requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Design, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• 0–2 years of experience in video editing (Fresher with strong portfolios are welcome)
• A portfolio or sample of previous work is Preferred.
