If you have worked on huge YouTube channels before and want a creative job working with the world’s best entrepreneurs, this is for you.

We are hiring a Top 1% video editor / animator to edit YouTube longform videos (16:9).

This is not a “cut-and-trim” role.

We are looking for someone with real editorial judgement: storytelling, narrative, understands a hook, pacing, taste, and the ability to make a video feel tight, modern, and premium.

What we’re looking for

– Are expert-level in Premiere Pro + After Effects
– Proven experience in creating viral long-form YouTube videos.
– Deep knowledge of popular visual trends on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok (and can comfortably reverse engineer those styles).
– Have a naturally strong aesthetic (e.g. clean, high-contrast, modern) and
– Use motion/visuals to support what’s being said without distracting from the message.
– Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands
– Extremely deadline-oriented with an understanding of the importance of project timelines.
– Collaborative mindset with a focus on learning and growing as a team.
– Take ownership of quality while staying calm and reliable with deadlines.

Bonus points if you:

– Have experience working on top YouTube channels.
– Are strong at sound design (mixing, music ducking, SFX layering).
– Can work from references/light briefs and still elevate them with taste.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day

– Turn raw footage into a clean, compelling story edit with strong pacing.
– Creating custom AE visuals(titles, charts, UI callouts, tasteful overlays) and using our pre-built assets to work efficiently.
– Building repeatable assets (pre-comps) while keeping each video feeling fresh.
– Iterating via [Frame.io](http://Frame.io)-style feedback loops (we care a lot about continuous improvement).

What success looks like

– Viewers feel like the edit is effortless: tight structure, no dead air, great rhythm.
– Motion is tasteful and intentional (easy-eased keyframes, clean typography, high visual clarity).
– You communicate clearly, hit deadlines, and make each version meaningfully better.
