Video Editor

Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our digital marketing team. You will be responsible for editing high-quality videos that align with brand identity and marketing objectives. The role requires efficiency, adaptability, and a willingness to explore AI-assisted editing tools to enhance productivity and output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit various video formats including ad campaigns, engagement/performance videos, student testimonials, event highlights, classroom recordings, and academic content.
• Collaborate with videographers, content, and marketing teams to incorporate feedback and meet publishing schedules.
• Apply creative storytelling techniques, visual effects, captions, graphics, transitions, and sound design to improve engagement.
• Ensure videos are consistent with brand identity, tone, and quality standards across platforms.
• Stay updated on video trends, platform requirements, and audience preferences to adapt editing styles.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining ownership of deliverables.
• Review videos for quality and implement revisions promptly based on feedback.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor (agency or brand-side experience preferred).
• Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalents.
• Familiarity or willingness to work with AI-assisted video editing tools.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and responsibility.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment and manage time effectively under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
