The company

Episode Zero Studio (EP0) is a small startup based in Dubai Digital Park, DSO. We build e-commerce businesses (brands), and we produce everything related to those brands in-house, including social media content and ads.

To get a feel for what we do, check our recently launched e-commerce business (JM Film School) https://www.jmfilmschool.com. This project was fully built in house at EP0.

Where we are right now

We started 2 years ago as a lean, high output team. We move fast, care about quality, and we actually ship.

Now we are entering a new chapter. New e-commerce projects, bigger production volume, more content, and a growing team. This phase is about scaling what already works, and moving faster without losing quality or culture.

The role

We need a Video Editor who can cut fast, think creatively, and deliver edits that feel premium. You will work on social media videos, ads, and brand content. We care about storytelling, pacing, sound, and clean finishing.

You are the person who turns footage into a final product that people want to watch till the end.

Key responsibilities

• Edit social media videos and ads with strong pacing and storytelling
• Build rhythm and energy: know when to go fast, when to slow down, and when to switch
• Color grade to a clean, consistent look (and match shots when needed)
• Sound design: choose the right music, add proper SFX, and balance audio cleanly
• Deliver organized project files and export versions based on platform requirements
• Collaborate with the team on feedback and iterate fast when needed

What we are looking for

• Arabic fluency is a must
• Professional in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Creative taste and strong attention to detail
• Solid color grading skills
• Strong sound design skills (music choice, SFX, audio balance)
• Experience editing content for social media platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Reliable, fast, and comfortable working in a startup environment

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Adobe Premiere Pro: 2 years (Required)
