Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce engaging video content for digital and social media platforms including
  • META, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, motion designers, and account managers to understand
  • campaign objectives and deliver video assets that align with client and brand guidelines.
  • Develop short-form and long-form video content, including ads, stories, reels, explainers, and social-first content.
  • Optimize videos for platform-specific formats, aspect ratios, and specifications.
  • Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, sound design, and audio effects to enhance storytelling.
  • Assist in conceptualizing creative ideas and contribute to brainstorming sessions with the creative team.
  • Manage video libraries, organize raw footage, and maintain post-production archives.
  • Work within tight deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality output.
  • Stay updated on current social media trends, video formats, and storytelling techniques to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience as a video editor in a digital-first advertising agency.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or relevant tools
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, typography, color grading, and audio editing.
  • Solid understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and short-form storytelling.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills tailored for digital audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a portfolio demonstrating social/digital video work.
