Job Summary

The Video Editor is responsible for transforming recorded footage into high-quality, engaging video content that aligns with creative direction, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives across digital and marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and promotional materials
• Add graphics, visual effects, sound design, music, and transitions as required
• Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, animators, and creative teams
• Manage multiple versions, edits, and revisions efficiently
• Ensure final video outputs meet quality, technical, and brand standards
• Organize and maintain video assets and project files

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm
• High attention to detail and strong time-management skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bilingual Language (Arabic + English)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics or basic animation
• Knowledge of color grading and video optimization for different platforms
• Experience editing content for social media and digital campaigns

Key Performance Indicators

• Deliver edited video content on time with 95%+ on-time completion rate
• Achieve 90%+ client satisfaction rating on video deliverables
• Limit revision rounds to a maximum of 2 per project
• Maintain an organized video asset library with 100% file management compliance
