Role Overview:

We are hiring a Video Editor to produce high-performing, conversion-focused content across digital platforms. This is not just editing — the role is focused on creating content that drives engagement, leads, and brand authority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, ads)
• Cut, trim, and assemble raw footage into polished outputs
• Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines
• Maintain consistent visual style, tone, and quality
• Implement feedback quickly and accurately

Work with tools like:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• CapCut / Final Cut Pro

Manage assets and maintain organised project files

• Work closely with marketing and growth teams
• Translate content briefs into high-quality video outputs
• Iterate based on performance data and feedback

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• 1–3 years experience in video editing
• Strong portfolio (social media / marketing content)
• Proficiency in:
• Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut
• Understanding of:
• Social media trends
• Short-form content editing

Good-to-Have:

• Motion graphics (After Effects)
• Experience with ad creatives
• Basic understanding of content strategy
