AI Video Creator & Social Media Manager

We are looking for a highly creative and tech-savvy AI Video Creator & Social Media Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, generating, and editing high-quality AI-driven video content. You will also take full ownership of managing our presence across major social media platforms, ensuring our content reaches and engages the right audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Prompting & Scripting: Utilize AI text models (like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) to write, refine, and engineer highly effective prompts for scripts, visual concepts, and video generation.
• AI Video & Image-to-Video Production: Generate stunning video content using AI video workflows (such as Flow) and expertly transform static images into dynamic, high-quality video clips using image-to-video AI tools.
• Audio & Voiceover Generation: Use ElevenLabs to generate, edit, and seamlessly integrate realistic AI voiceovers and audio into video projects.
• Video Editing & Compilation: Edit, compile, and polish AI-generated clips into cohesive, high-retention videos optimized for both short-form (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and long-form content.
• Social Media Management: Upload, schedule, and manage content across YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Strategy & Optimization: Write engaging captions, research trending audio/hashtags, and apply your knowledge of platform algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Hardware Requirement: You must own a high-performance laptop or desktop computer capable of handling heavy video editing software and AI generation tasks without lagging.
• Technical & AI Skills: Strong prompt engineering skills with proven experience using AI video generation tools, image-to-video workflows, and mastering audio creation with ElevenLabs.
• Editing Proficiency: Strong skills in video editing software (e.g., Filmora, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro).
• Social Media Expertise: Deep, up-to-date knowledge of the algorithms, trends, and best practices for YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Creative Problem Solving: Ability to take a core concept or raw image and independently turn it into a fully finished, high-quality video.
