Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Social Media Automation Specialist to join our IT Training Institute as a Trainer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching students how to automate and manage social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other digital channels using modern tools and strategies.

The trainer will deliver practical, hands-on training sessions focused on content automation, audience growth, monetization strategies, and the use of automation tools. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners and intermediate learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured training sessions on social media automation (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
• Teach students how to create, manage, and automate social media accounts and pages
• Train students on tools for scheduling posts, auto-replies, chatbots, and content publishing
• Explain YouTube automation concepts including niche selection, video creation, and channel growth
• Guide students on Facebook automation including page management, auto posting, and audience engagement
• Teach monetization methods such as ads, affiliate marketing, and brand collaborations
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback and mentorship
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in social media management and automation tools
• Strong knowledge of platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
• Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Zapier, or similar automation tools
• Understanding of social media algorithms and growth strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Prior teaching or training experience will be a plus
