Video Editor

Looking for a responsible video editor for maintaining an effective video editing process that ensures accurate and timely completion of requested work. Assembles the final product as a sequence consisting of shots from the raw camera footage, dialogue, sound effects and graphics.

Responsibilities:

• Partners with internal and external marketing, Digital, Social Media and PR teams to develop and execute video content strategy.
• Help to manage and maintain video assets, gear inventory, video archive and information security.
• Edits video and sound using an editing system. Evaluates and selects scenes for dramatic and entertainment qualities and story continuity. Uses alternative equipment and configurations to obtain specialized effects.
• Incorporates new and innovative editing techniques.
• Pitch new video and production ideas to promote business. Advise and manage new approaches to post-production that innovate and elevate aesthetic of the work, while supporting the larger organization mission
• Conduct exclusive research to find new editing benchmark.
• Find out gaps and improve overall video content for the company.
• Edit hype videos of the team and players
• Research & produce for projects to develop a framework for feature storytelling projects
• Execute motion graphics templates and create custom motion graphics for editing projects
• Ensure music copyright and licensing requirements are met for each project.
• Additional duties, as assigned

Hiring Criteria: Qualification & Skills

Ø Associate’s degree/diploma in video editing or equivalent work experience or Bachelor’s degree in mass communication or Videography.

Ø 2-3+ years of videography experience in a professional setting – real estate specialty is preferred.

Ø Expertise in adobe premiere pro, after effects etc.

Ø Strong data visualization design skills.

Ø Deep understanding of typography and layout hierarchy.

Ø Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ø Creative thinker who will contribute ideas.

Ø Ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices.

Ø High level of integrity, attention to deadlines and schedules

Ø Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
