The Role
As a Video Editor at Ayzel Global, you won't just be cutting footage-you will be crafting visual narratives that drive engagement, support marketing campaigns, and maintain the professional brand standards of our diverse, global clientele. You will collaborate with our marketing and design teams to produce high-impact content that bridges the gap between complex business solutions and compelling visual communication.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Cut & Assemble: Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos ranging from [e.g., 60-second shorts to 15-minute long-form features].
• Pacing & Storytelling: Ensure seamless transitions, logical flow, and compelling narrative arcs.
• Audio Enhancement: Clean up dialogue, mix audio, and select the perfect sound effects (SFX) and backing tracks to elevate the mood.
• Motion Graphics: Design and integrate clean text animations, lower thirds, and basic visual effects (VFX).
• Color Grading: Give our footage a consistent, professional, and visually appealing look that aligns with our brand.
• Optimize for Platforms: Format and export videos tailored for specific platforms ([YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Website, etc.]).
• Collaborate: Work closely with producers, scriptwriters, and creative directors to bring concepts to life.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience: 2+ years of professional video editing experience (agency, in-house, or high-level freelance).
• The Tools: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. Proficiency in After Effects and Photoshop is a massive plus.
• The Hook: A deep understanding of digital video trends, retention hooks, and what makes content highly shareable.
• Workflow: Strong organizational skills (file management, project archiving) and the ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Communication: Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on edits efficiently.
• Portfolio: A killer showreel or portfolio demonstrating your best work (submissions without a portfolio will not be considered).

Bonus Points If You Have...

• Experience with AI editing tools and workflows.
• Skills in thumbnail design or basic graphic design.
• A background in filming or operating cameras.
