Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor with 3+ years of professional experience and expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and related editing tools. You will be responsible for editing high-quality, engaging video content for various platforms (YouTube, social media, OTT, corporate) while mentoring junior editors and contributing to creative strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form and short-form videos with expert pacing, storytelling, and visual appeal.
• Handle end-to-end post-production: cutting, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, VFX.
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro – utilize advanced features (multi-cam editing, Lumetri Color, nesting, proxies).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Audition, Photoshop) for enhanced post-production.
• Manage and organize large media assets, project files, and maintain editing workflows.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and content teams to bring creative visions to life.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TV, web).
• Stay updated with latest editing trends, software updates, and industry techniques.

Technical Skills Required

• Adobe Premiere Pro – Expert (3+ years daily use)
• Adobe After Effects – Advanced (motion graphics, compositing, animation)
• Adobe Audition – Advanced (noise reduction, sound mixing, SFX)
• DaVinci Resolve – Intermediate/Advanced (color grading preferred)
• Photoshop & Illustrator – Intermediate (graphics, overlays, thumbnails)
• Media Encoder – Expert (optimized exports for all platforms)

Soft Skills & Experience

• 3+ years professional editing experience (agency, studio, production house, or freelance).
• Portfolio required – showreel with diverse projects (corporate, commercial, YouTube, documentary, etc.).
• Strong storytelling and narrative structuring skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Creative thinker with an eye for detail, color, and sound.
• Experience with client handling and feedback incorporation.
• Knowledge of video codecs, formats, resolutions (up to 4K/8K), and delivery specs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
