Position Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking & creative Video Editor / 2D Animator to join our dynamic marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media, a keen eye for design, and the ability to bring concepts to life through engaging animations and video content. This role involves working closely with the creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality video assets for digital campaigns, social media, advertisements, and other promotional materials.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media, and brand promotions.
• Create engaging 2D animations, motion graphics, and explainer videos to enhance brand storytelling.
• Work with creative teams to develop storyboards, visual concepts, and motion designs.
• Edit raw footage, add effects, transitions, sound design, and color correction to ensure a polished final product.
• Stay updated with industry trends, video editing techniques, and animation software advancements.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to align video content with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Optimize video content for various digital platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and websites.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.

Requirements:

• Very strong work ethic, willingness to grow and learn more in the field.
• Proven experience as a Video Editor / 2D Animator, preferably in a marketing agency or creative environment.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong skills in motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience in creating short-form and long-form content for various digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition.
• Knowledge of sound design and audio editing is a plus.
• Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively with a team.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in 3D animation (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of scriptwriting and storyboarding.
• Familiarity with social media trends and video formats.
• Understanding of branding and marketing strategies
