About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, experience editing professional-quality video content, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

You will be responsible for editing engaging videos for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, and branded content while maintaining high production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Assemble raw footage into polished final deliverables
• Add transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, subtitles, and color correction
• Optimize videos for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and websites
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements
• Ensure consistency in branding, style, and visual quality
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Organize and maintain project files and media assets
• Stay updated with current video trends, editing techniques, and platform best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Good understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings
• Experience with color grading, audio syncing, and basic motion graphics
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous editing work is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience editing short-form social media content
• Understanding of YouTube retention-focused editing
• Knowledge of AI-assisted editing workflows is a plus
• Experience working with agencies, creators, or brands preferred
