About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Video Editor & Meta Ads Specialist to manage and grow the digital presence of Dr. Shawana Mufti, a well-known physician and menopause expert. This role requires someone who can create high-quality medical and educational video content and also plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.

This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who understands both content creation and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Content Creation

• Edit long-form YouTube videos, podcasts, and interviews
• Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Ads) for Instagram and Facebook
• Add captions, subtitles, transitions, and basic motion graphics
• Maintain a clean, professional, and medical-appropriate editing style
• Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, length, hooks)

Meta Ads Management

• Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
• Set up targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
• Optimize ads for leads, appointments, awareness, or product sales
• Monitor ad performance and adjust creatives and targeting accordingly
• Coordinate with the content strategy to repurpose videos into ads

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager)
• Understanding of hooks, audience psychology, and conversion-focused content
• Ability to work with medical/educational content responsibly
• Basic understanding of branding and social media trends
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience working with doctors, clinics, or healthcare brands
• Knowledge of YouTube optimization and thumbnails
• Familiarity with lead generation campaigns
• Understanding of Pakistan-based or international audiences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
