Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing:
• Create engaging videos for YouTube and Instagram, including both long-form and short-form content.
• Enhance videos with transitions, graphics, music, and other elements to maintain a high-quality standard.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and platform-specific requirements.
• Team Coordination:
• Oversee and manage work execution from other editors to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
• Client Communication:
• Engage with clients to understand their vision, content needs, and goals.
• Offer insights and suggestions for optimizing content based on platform trends and audience behavior.
• Social Media Growth Strategy:
• Develop and execute strategies to grow YouTube and Instagram channels.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the strategy team to optimize content for engagement and visibility.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing for YouTube and Instagram.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools is a plus.
