Brand Republic is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing creative team. We are seeking candidates with 1–3 years of professional experience who are passionate about video editing, motion graphics, and digital storytelling.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and capable of producing high-quality content for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, corporate videos, and branded content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, promotional content, and branded projects.
• Create engaging short-form content, including Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts and long form content as well.
• Apply motion graphics, transitions, visual effects, subtitles, sound design, color correction, and basic color grading for video quality enhancement.
• Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, animators, and the marketing team to execute creative concepts.
• Optimize videos for various digital platforms while ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
• Organize project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow to ensure timely project delivery.
• Revise video content based on client and internal feedback while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, platform trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Beginner to intermediate level experience in video editing or multimedia production.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Audition, and Adobe Media Encoder.
• Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
• Strong understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, pacing, composition, and color correction.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects.
• Experience editing content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a dast paced environment while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Media Sciences, Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Animation, or a related field.
• A portfolio showcasing commercial, social media, or creative video editing projects.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency or creative environment is preferred.
