Do you dream in edits, transitions, and viral video hooks?

We’re looking for a Video Editor & Conceptualizer who lives and breathes content—especially short-form content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

If you have an eye for trends, strong editing skills, and the ability to turn a raw clip into a scroll-stopping story—you belong here.

What You’ll Do:

• Edit high-quality short-form & long-form videos for social media
• Conceptualize and storyboard content formats for different platforms
• Work with influencers, founders, and brand teams to shape brand voice via video
• Add captions, motion graphics, hooks, SFX, and dynamic transitions
• Repurpose content across formats: reels, YouTube videos, podcasts, stories, etc.
• Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh content ideas to the table weekly

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1–4 years of experience in video editing (agency or creator-led work preferred)
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools
• Strong sense of pacing, music sync, and storytelling for social platforms
• Comfortable working with founders/influencers on video shoots & edits
• Bonus: Knowledge of content scripting, trending formats, meme-style edits
• A fun, creative mindset and the ability to work independently
