Video Editor (Entry Level)

The Video Editor supports the marketing and content team by editing short‑form video content, with a primary focus on walk‑n‑talk videos and drone footage. This role is designed for someone new to the video editing profession who is eager to learn, develop technical skills, and grow within a collaborative creative team.

This position is editing‑focused rather than full-scale production and is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with real-world content in a professional environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Edit walk‑n‑talk videos for marketing, recruiting, and internal communications
• Edit and assemble drone footage into clean, on‑brand video deliverables
• Perform basic color correction, audio cleanup, transitions, captions, and branding
• Follow established editing styles, brand guidelines, and export requirements
• Organize, label, and maintain raw footage and completed video files
• Make timely revisions based on clear feedback from the content or marketing team
• Support larger video projects through basic edits, clip selection, and footage organization

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Entry‑level experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Comfort editing talking‑head footage and drone footage
• Basic understanding of timelines, cuts, transitions, audio, and exports
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow directions and established editing guidelines
