Position: Video Editor / Graphic Designer

Location: Pune (Full-time, On-site)

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and multi-skilled Video Editor / Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and on-brand visuals for social media, websites, ads, emailers, brochures, packaging, and other marketing materials.
• Edit and assemble high-quality videos for social media, campaigns, corporate promos, and brand storytelling.
• Create motion graphics, intros, outros, transitions, and captions to enhance video quality.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Adapt and repurpose designs and videos for various formats and platforms.
• Stay up to date with design and video trends, tools, and best practices.
• Take feedback constructively and deliver revisions promptly.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) or similar tools (Figma, Canva, Corel Draw, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Solid grasp of video editing, motion graphics, color correction, and sound design.
• Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into visually appealing graphics and videos.
• Understanding of social media content formats and storytelling styles.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment under tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX or animation is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Film, Media, or a related field.

Experience:

• 0–3 years of experience in graphic design and/or video editing.
• Talented freshers with a strong portfolio or showreel are also encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
